Acniform component = papules+ postules + Oily Skin

Occur in Middle age and older ( D.D from Acne Vulgaris ) 

accompanied by burning from accompanying flushing 

Confused with SLE

But D.D from Acne Vulgaris by no comedones and presence of vascular element
