Rashs Pruritic Prominent on Face , scalp and trunk Red reigned papules and vesicles  Crusts in 7 to 14 days  Differentiated from Herpes Zoster by non dermatomal distribution and lesions of varying stages  Fever and Malaise mild in children severe in adults

Occur in Sun exposed Skin Lesions are flat  Pigmented in shades of brown  Sharp borders  Disappear with Sun avoidance

Vascular reactive nodule Develops in response to a minor injury  Overgrowth of capillaries  Bleed to much when torn

Benign overgrowths Appear on Face and Neck After Age 50 years Borders irregular  From beige to very dark brown color May be few or hundreds Raised and dry or flattened and greasy 

Superficial  Honey colored Serous crusts Caused by Staph Infection 

Red ringed papules and pustules at hair follicles  Gram stain and culture will hhelp to differentiate bacterial or non bacterial Take history very carefully 

Congestive blushing and flushing reaction of the central areas of the face Acniform component = papules+ postules + Oily Skin Occur in Middle age and older ( D.D from Acne Vulgaris )  accompanied by burning from accompanying flushing  Confused with SLE But D.D from Acne Vulgaris by no comedones and presence of vascular element
